Illinois Rocstar is seeking Senior Research Scientists/Engineers to step into the leadership of applied R&D programs in computational science and engineering, modern rocket propulsion and nuclear/alternative energy focused meshing. You will collaborate with the US Departments of Energy and Defense, US National Laboratories, NASA, universities, and large and small business partners.
We accept applications for Engineers/Scientists at the entry to mid-career level with strong numerical analysis skills and broad interests. Our targets are engineer/scientists with backgrounds in computational materials, CFD, meshing, and/or M&S of solid propellant rockets. At Illinois Rocstar, being able to work on a variety of different projects and technologies is both an advantage and a requirement.
We are seeking Software Engineers and Programmers with skills in web/cloud-based application development to expand our team currently working on full-stack, scientific simulation SaaS and database programming.
