A fully-supported, autonomous platform for meshing
Promesh™ combines state-of-the-art, open-source meshing technology into an integrated, easy-to-use, network-accessible meshing solution. Implementing several services for automated mesh generation (tri, quad, full-tet, hex-dominant, and polyhedral), physics-based adaptive refinement, accurate and conservative grid-data transfer, database format conversion, quality assessment and improvement, automated solution verification. With multiple interfaces (CLI, Python, sharable library, and soon RESTful), Promesh offers competitive standalone and integrated solutions to complex meshing problems.
The Promesh package includes automated hexahedral meshing support for geometries of interest to modeling and simulation and greatly simplifies the user experience, enabling use of modern high-fidelity methods in industry and beyond. These innovations will better serve the needs of the M&S community in addition to increasing the areas to which Promesh™ can be applied.

Our corporate focus on meshing stems from the recognition that high-quality numerical results are only obtainable from a high quality mesh — and that mesh generation frequently absorbs as much as 80% of total analysis time for a simulation project. Whether modeling physical structures, thermal and fluid mechanics, neutronics, or atomistic events, the process of mesh generation, modification, quality enhancement, and data transfer are arduous, time consuming and error prone. Promesh is well-suited to industrial, academic, and private sector users who are just starting to use M&S for their R&D or need to expand their use of M&S.
